Smart Call is a weekly podcast about contact centres and customer service.
It is the only Australian media outlet that covers more than basic contact centre news.
You can find the show at www.itradio.com.au/callcentres
Audience
Each week, around 300 contact centre professionals download the show and give it 20-30 minutes of their attention.
That’s an audience considerably larger than the crowds at most contact centre and customer service conferences.
It’s also a very engaged audience, because podcasts are not a browsing medium – you need to tune in actively to appreciate the show.
Content concentrates on issues that concern senior contact centre managers. It’s NOT a show for agents. Even team leaders will find the show a bit dull.
Contact centre and customer service managers – the folks who make the big spending decisions – are our target and our audience!
Distribution
Notification of each new Smart Call episode is included in callcentres.net’s weekly Asian and Australian news bulletins.
The show is also listed in the iTunes podcast directory, posted to the three largest contact centre groups on LinkedIn, promoted to an audience of more than 600 Twitter followers and is search-engine optimised for easy retrieval by Google and other search engines.
How we make money
Smart Call is made possible by generous sponsors who believe Smart Call reaches a valuable slice of the contact centre community.
We also create custom media, such as the podcast white paper we did for an integrator last year. It was downloaded and listened to nearly 500 times!
